It is not a matter of what kind of CMS I do install in my hosting here, I keep getting this 500 Internal Server Error. It is so weird.
Even I do make a successful installation in somewhere else, and clone that every move to here, that 500 still keep showing up. |

OK, I might be wrong.
There is one CMS that works, WordPress 2.3.2, and I am working on it now.
Let's just forget about that 500 thing, it is not that important now. |

WordPress is a blog system, not a CMS (Content Management System). _________________ Jacky |

Check the server error log when you get a 500 error, details for the reason are usually in there. _________________ Tutorial Management Script - Version 1.3 Released

Blog systems are a type of CMS. Other types of CMS include: e-commerce scripts, forum systems and wiki scripts among others. They all manage content. _________________ Captain Jell-O Buster from the Future

I intend to use Limbo for my portal now, I mean, the php+txt one. No matter the MySQL is working or not, it would work nicely.
And since there are not much articles in my portal, I think the Limbo won't be too slow. |

The most annoying 500 Internal Server Error comes back.
I have been trying to get a new CMS for my site. After testing on other place, I upload Limbo to my account here, but get only 500 Internal Server Error pages.
Maybe the problem is that I upload a zip file and extracted the file. So I tried a simple one, CMSimple. I uploaded all the files, but not the compression.
Again 500 Internal Server Error. What's wrong?

| Since the PBPP, of the last December, is not been reset yet. I don't think Trel is free to check the support tickets. |

Could you post your error log? Its in your cPanel, 3rd from the bottom in the "Stats" section. As you can see in this thread I too was getting a 500 error while trying to install a CMS. I managed to resolve my problem, perhaps I could help you? _________________ Rashy! |

Even though you got it fixed already, you mnight want to take a look at this knowledge base article about Internal Server errors and what could cause them. (And more importantly, what to do about it)
