You must follow proper procedure in requesting your account be unsuspended or restored from backups if it was terminated.

All requests sent via email or PM will be ignored. Also note that tickets sent in without the support desk profile being up to date or that don't include the required information may be closed without resolution or deleted.

The procedures in place are easy to follow and can be found in the Hosting FAQs in the top right of the forum.
