Hey I don't know why this is happening and usually I don't get these problems. I recently just removed all my addon and sub domains so I can start over from fresh I am trying to add back on a addon domain. I have all the files in a folder called switch. I made a sub domain that goes to the switch folder and it works I tested it by going to switch.mydomains.com.
when I go to addon domain and add switchgaming.com
then put in switch as the folder it should link too then my password it tells me that switchgaming.com is already configured and its added already.
on my cpanel it doesn't show as if it made a addon domain still say 0/x
let me know your thought and what might be going wrong should I put up a support ticket for this or I am just doing something wrong. |

It is happening because there is already a httpd record for that domain. When you removed the domain from your list, it should remove it from httpd.conf file, but sometimes, in cpanel it cant remove the line for some reasons. You better open a ticket and inform the system admin to remove the line.
