Adding a domain with a domain account

From what I got from this post: http://www.lifelesspeople.com/.....hp?t=45564 , I cannot add a new domain (parked or add-on) because I have a domain account? Is this true?

Mmm, no, I think that is not true.

Here (in Lifelesspeople) the minimum plan has 3 parked domains and 3 addon domain so, you can add your domain.

There is no problem with your 'domain account'. Just add them in the cPanel.

In my original post I stated this happened when I tried to add a parked domain:

Your best bet is to send in a support ticket. If you have your name servers set correctly, which you do, you should be able to park and/or add on a domain without any problems. I have a domain account and I have no problems doing this.

I sent one about 6 days ago... nothing back yet; is this normal?
