i am having a weird problem. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. I am searching for an answer right now on the forum and you all know how complicated forum searches can be.

i am having a problem when i create a folder within a addon domain's directory. When i type the url as http://www.addondomain.com/folder it redirects to http://subdomain.maindomain.com/folder and its very annoying and i'm sure it's not supposed to be doing this.

i deleted the .htaccess file so i know its not anything i've added to it that can be directing the folders.

Maybe i need to add something to an htaccess file to prevent this from happening? Maybe this is some security feature trel has set up? I don't know.

i just hope that there is a way to resolve it.
:d

thanks.

That sounds odd and should not happen.

Can you put in a support ticket with the exact URLs?

I am still working on that same system for a problem desbrina has reported so this will be put in on the todo with that.
