I am thinking of starting afresh, but I don't wish to lose some of the important info.
I would wish to download everything in my account, whether it's a file, a database or whatever, to my machine. Any recommendations? _________________ 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342

In cPanel, go to Backup under the heading Site Management (it's on your right) and select the backups you need.
If you want to backup more than that, you should probably consider not starting afresh (because there is nothing fresh about restoring a full backup). _________________ Captain Jell-O Buster from the Future

I am not restoring the backup. I am downloading all the files and that's it. _________________ 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342
