For several monthes, since the $_SERVER['SERVER_SOFTWARE'] variable has been reduced to Apache value only, with no version attached, I have no idea which Apache version is run on the server. Is it still 2.0.x or it has been upgrated to 2.2.x already?

Exclamation Please don't refer me to the version CPanel shows because it is different from one on the server where user accounts are hosted.

The Apache versions we run are currently out of the 1.3.x tree.

Thank you for your response, it will help me to play with my .htaccess files if necessary.

By the way, it seems it was 2.0.x on Aesir monthes ago, am I right?

Netcraft recorded the fake server string that Apache was serving up. It has been 1.3.x the entire time.
