Are links to Youtube legal?

Sorry if this was already asked.

I know Youtube delete copyrighted material when they recieve complaints and pay for some other. I'd like to share in my forum (hosted on Asgard) some AC/DC live videos but I don't know if it is legal to post links to Youtube.

As far as I know only the host (youtube in this case) is directly liable. (They actually make the uploaders responsible trough their TOS)

It's against the law if you host copyrighted videos on your server. In this case, if you host it on LifelessPeople, it's deemed as illegal. That's why it's in the TOS.

If it's hosted on another server, linking to it does not break any of the law, and thus you won't break any of the rules stated in the L2P TOS.

I don't think you'll have trouble with links to Youtube. If you're really having doubts, though, ask Trel to make sure.
