I was wondering who at LLP are students.
I am one. I am in the final year of secondary education (three more weeks before the exams).

Next year I want to study 'Digital media design' at the Utrecht School of the Arts. I do have to make it through the selection round though, but I am looking forward to it anyway.

So what about your education?

I am currently at the university of connecticut and in my forth semester which raps up in two weeks. I plan on transfering again because I cannot get my major here but I have no idea where I will end up then.

I think it would be better if we specify our age along.

Different countries have different terms for different levels of education. Wink

I'm studying too. I'm in my 4th year of a 5 year university double degree in Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science.

It's good, and I'm enjoying it. But I'm awfully good at procrastinating, and that often leads to me having to do a lot of cramming - which I don't enjoy so much Silly

There is no need. I am primarly interested in what everyone is studying, not so much in what level they're at.

I am a student also (19 years old). I'm now studing Systems Engineering in the "Universidad Católica del Uruguay" (Website: http://www.ucu.edu.uy). I studied for two years Industrial Engineering but I changed my mind. I prefer my new career. Before the university I studied in a high school in Montevideo (Uruguay) called Santo Domingo.

Some years ago (more than five), I studied English & Portugues.

Finally, I studied web programming (PHP) reading from the internet and practising on my computer.

I think I will be a student for many years because we always have thing to learn and I'm curious.

Now I'm planning to study dance, Tango.

Me too, but sometimes it can be a good thing. In my History class, I've done better on the tests on the tests that I've crammed for than the tests that I followed along with the lectures in the reading.
Pretty much the only kind of studying I've done is cramming, I usually just study the night before a test; I have bad study habits, but they haven't let me down yet!

You went to a Catholic school and university :O Wow! That's one of the things I love about Latin American culture: they still embrace their religion which is something the UK has lost.

I'm not religious by any means, but being brought up with a faith is still an important part of any person's development. I personally go to one of the few Catholic secondary schools in the UK.

Same for me. I hate doing homework and I start studying for tests only a day in advance. It didn't work well for some subjects, though, so I have improved my study habits a little bit. Silly

I actually considered doing Computer Science at the same university for quite some time before I started thinking about other options. If I hadn't reconsidered my choice we would probably have ended up in the same class. Smile

I just started college about a month and a half ago. I'm attending Ashworth University online. I'm only in my first semester but I love the convenience of online classes. It allows me to work full time and study when I have an hour or two to spare. (which is scarce these days, what with everything going on!)

I am mainly doing it for self-enrichment but the career benefits once I've finished will hopefully be enough to get me through life without struggling too much. Smile

I don't know how old are you, but I'm also in a secondary education level (as it is called here).

1 more year to go.

There is no need. I am primarly interested in what everyone is studying, not so much in what level they're at.

To clarify my original post I am studying philosophy and information technology but I have been exploring different classes/areas of study the past year and came back to those 2 and add in some math.

I am 18 years old (will be 19 by the end of this school year).
English Wikipedia has this to say about my type of secondary education.
