| I got my hosting account today (10 hours ago) but still cannot login to FTP or CPanel. I have tried resetting password (but there is no email on file as I have never been able to get into CPanel to update it). I have also used username and password from PM and even tried the ones for the forum. I have tried logging in with the normal and "behind firewall" options. Thanks in advance for any help |
