can't access my sites but others can?

something weird is going on. I can't access any of my sites right now. I get the "can't find server" or whatever error.

This started happening last night around midnight. i just figured the host was having problems and it'd be back up soon, so i went to bed, but i got up a little bit ago and noticed that the sites were still offline.

So i contacted hosting support and they told me everything was fine and that they could access my sites, and also for my to clear my cache.

I used IE instead of firefox and still couldn't connect to them. I reset my modem and router, and still can't.

But i can access the sites via a proxy on the net, so i know they are up.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? and how to resolve it.?

There is nothing in my hostfile, everything there is default.

Maybe its a DNS problem that should soon be updated and working in my area or something else? I don't understand.

Okay this is lame. I couldn't even Ping the ip addy of the server using command prompt. times out and says loss was 100%.

So i guess i have to cancel my account at that host and await for my Isp to resolve their lame problem.

It's not with my pc. The one down stairs also cant access the sites, and i reset my modem and router many times without any success.

Also all this week i have been unable to play my favorite games because they keep kicking me for "key packet loss". At first i thought that it was PB just being lame, because my internet seems fine. i can download 1 gig in less than 30 minutes.
But i did just take a packet flow test online and it said everything was fine, so maybe that was just pb, ha

anyways this sucks. i hate it. STRESS! AHH!
Just spent $10 more on another host ha.

Well I assume you mean the three sites linked in your signature. I had no problem loading all three of them, they loaded as fast as my connection would allow Wink

Just for our information, what hosting are you using? (I think you are allowed to discuss that here...) And sorry, I wouldn't know what is causing your problems.
