|
|
I can't log in with ftp on aesir, after I filled in my username and password it hangs until there's a timeout..
cPanel seems to be down too, and the status script at lifelesspeople.com says the same...
Is this caused by the overload? (Announcements forum)
And most importantly, can it be solved? _________________ Spock's blog

The Status page shows FTP on Aesir is ok, but I can't login to my account too.

CPanel doesn't work according to its red status.
And it seems (I don't quite sure though) the entire Aesir (or even L2P) was down for a while.

so it seems that Aesir just hit another aftershock. It is the second time I have encountered this thing in these past few days. We can only hope that this issue would be fix.
By the way, what was the cause of this thing anyway, specifically... is it some scripts that cause these overloads to the server? And if it what would be that scripts, just for a reference... _________________ Im just a "Fresh-Starter"... You don't need to be harsh on me, really... and I got no religion |

Well, I guess some people are running very 'intensive' scripts or something, I don't know
Everything works perfect again, thanks to Trel for solving it (I guess he solved it ) _________________ Spock's blog

That seemed like the gist of Trel's announcement--one user running a processor intensive script. _________________ Stwong.net |
