That is really where all of the work for the last few months has gone. System configuration/software rewrites to improve stability or speed take quite awhile to get just right and may go through as many as 25 revisions before they're finished.

I still have a small list of major upgrades to finish on Asgard before more work starts on bringing administrative tasks under control, but day to day operations here should be manageable until it is complete.

Note: The Open Installer version 2.1 has been a huge project and it is still not complete. The Open Installer has gone through 5 complete rewrites since the changes to the cPanel Addons system went live. I may be a bit of a perfectionist sometimes, but I like my work to be high quality.

I do understand that you have quite a lot of things to do, but my issue has been delayed for 3 months.

I already given my reply and go-ahead, and once you set up my account you can leave the rest to me. My holiday is ending and I really want to do something with the hosting.

I also feel really unfair that I am still waiting for you to re-create my account and I am still paying for the PBPP when I can't do anything because if I do, the whole account has to be backed up again.

I have nothing against you, but this is really getting irritating.

Your issue doesn't just have to deal with recreating your account. There are three separate issues that must be resolved at the same time which may involve taking every website on the system down for at least a few minutes.

Your issue should be resolved along with two known bugs and a configuration error that has needed correcting for about 2 months later today.

Even so, you should give me a reply on what's happening at the helpdesk. I check back regularly and if I don't see any replies I take it that you are away again.
