Domain name input

I'm a little confused about it. When we go into hosting and they ask you for what domain name that you want, what should I put. I want www.immortal-undergrounds.com.ru or net.ru if the com's are not working anymore.

So should I put in www.immortal-undergrounds.com.ru or immortal-undergrounds.com.ru or should I put in just immortal-undergrounds? I have one chance and I don't want to screw it up.

I believe all the domain names are just XXX.XXX.ru, so in your case it would be immortal-undergorunds.net.ru, because the .coms are still down I believe. Once your site is up, you would still be able to type in www.immortal-undergrounds.net.ru, and it will still come up, but you real address is the one without the www.

Isn't there a drop down box to choose the last part (.net.ru, com.ru, .org.ru, etc.)? If so, you would only need to enter immortal-undergorunds and then choose the ending you want.

No there isn't a drop down box for the domain. Just for subdomain.

Yes, you put the .net.ru or the .org.ru domain that you want.

Be sure to check whether it's available or not here. If the domain is already taken, your hosting application will be rejected, and I believe there is a fine too.
