domain Registrant Contact info correct

I got a email last week. That message is a reminder to ask me keep the public WHOIS contact data associated with my domain name registration up-to-date.

I find that the Registrant mane is not mine, but the one who help me register it. When I am trying to correct it on Domain Control Panel, I found I can not do that. There is no such option for me to update the Registrant mane.

So, what can I do now? Anybody knows how to fix it?

what registrar did you use? namecheap? godaddy? or?

A Chinese reseller under bizcn. It is not a big company, so, you might have never heard of that.

I have sent them a mail for help, but not sure if I can correct the English Registrant name, it seems only the Chinese Registrant name that could be changed.

Well. in your registrant you wil be given login or acces to manage your DNS settting. In that part you can also chnage your date entered. Unless you have the passowrd. That will be given only to the DOmain owner.

I guess if you don't have the right options in your control panel, you should contact your registrar (by mail, support ticket or phone) and tell them to correct the problem.
