I have ways around the law- I can make the Warez legal, which is what Im doing. My site with warez is not even on the net yet.
See, a nice good disclaimer frees you from law.
I can say, "if you work for the government, you automatically CANNOT agree to these terms, and therfor cannot enter. IF you were hired by, or EVER WILL, or DO, get the intention of sending the contents of this site to the authorities of any kind, you may NOT enter this site. To agree to these terms, you must NOT download anything inside this site, or view any of its pages, If you view its pages, you are defying this agreement.
If you agree, click blah to enter.
By clicking blah, you are agreeing to these terms.
By clicking blah, you are also DEFYING these terms.
Therfor, you are NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THIS SITE without breaking the law.
For the above reasons, if you enter this site, the responsibility of the contents falls not on the owner of this site, nor the host of this site, nor the ISP of this site, or higher. It falls entirely on the user, excluding moderators and admins.

That doesn't work. Seeing that no one has the ability to do that.
The only way it would work is if your website is located on a private intranet that is allocated to specific users and cannot be visited or brodcasted on the world wide web.
Aside from that, placing that "mumbo jumbo" on the front of your page (as many sites do) is just wasting space. A government "official" can visit your webpage regardless.
Terms of Service applies only when specific accounts are made and specific services are performed to said accounts. Not when a person visits a website.
Also, you may try to cite the Clinton era, "Communications Privacy Act." Here's a kicker for you, it doesn't exist. It is an Internet myth. And yet people cite it all the time.
I'm not speaking for Trel directly, but I can safely tell you that if you try to host warez on LLP services, you will be banned swiftly.
Linking to Warez (called "Facilitating Access to Pirated Software," which is also illegal) is not listed on the TOS, but I'm pretty sure it will get you blacklisted as well. |

No matter the use of the domain we still do not provide the domain names for use outside of our services for any reason. _________________ * Knowledge Base * Wiki * Forum FAQs * |

Ok, well, thats ok. I'm getting hosting anyways. But, see, I also said several times, I won't be using warez on these sites. UNLESS, of course, LLP allows me to put links on there.
And my site REQUIRES you to become a member before you can see anything- plus, there is a 'cover' site that I setup.
There is no links to the real site, only to the cover site. And, you MUST have the proper cookies and user logins before a link will appear. So, I'm pretty safe. But, like I said, Not On LLP. _________________ [img:cf7a0b96be]http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/3977/darknessxwnsiggy0cq.png[/img:cf7a0b96be] |

From the Terms of Service, Limitations 7.1 and 7.9:
| Quote: | 7. Client shall not include content, or internet links to content on the Site that contain, promote or involve any of the following:
[...]
1. any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right;
[...]
9. warez, cracks, hacks, spam software & their associated utilities; |
Sounds like it would be including internet links that promote or involve warez to me. |

And just to add to this .***.ru domains are third-level domains, not second-level. _________________ 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342

To me, I pay for my domain, but for my hosting, I'd choose the free one here.
Maybe I am so stupid, maybe not.
You only need to pay for your domain once a year, but for my hosting, paying is one thing, the service is the other.
And the .com domain fee is not so expensive. |

| Sorry for going a little off tangent here, but what exactly are second level domains anyway? Oh, and... BMFX, it would be nice if you could stop capitalizing almost all of the words in your post. It makes for awfully weird reading. |

I think they mean something along the lines of domain.com.ext. Two levels from the top extension. _________________ * Knowledge Base * Wiki * Forum FAQs * |
