download pictures to cell phone?

I got the Alltel Hue by Samsung today.

It has web access and i paid extra money to get the all axcess pass unlimited, which means when not in peak hours or whatever, i have unlimited web access and stuff on it.

I've been emailing myself pictures, and also going to the sites to see them, but i cant seem to actually download them to the phone so i can use them as wallpapers and stuff.

is there an actual way of doing this? I'm new to the entire cell phone thing. Maybe alltel has some type of tool or app that i need to buy from the store inside my phone to get this feature? I don't understand.

I probably just need to pay the money to get the cable so i can hook the phone up to my pc and add stuff too it?

Does anyone know?

I dont have the same phone, but mine gives me the option to download an image when i click on options when on the page i want
