email forwarders

Hi Guys

We have a number of email forwarders set up via the cpanel however none of them see to be working when someone send a mail to for example info@whatabout2night.com its not reaching us?

Any ideas? Is there a problem? I have also sent in a support ticket

Did you set the Default Address in the Email section of your CPanel?

You have to set the Default Address to something, e.g. to your main email account; then all unrouted mail will be sent to the Default Address.

we have a serious of forwarders set up such as info@whatabout2night.com team@whatabout2night.com so what excatly needs to be done, they used to work but have stopped?

Ive had a lot of problems with email reciently with emails bouncing with something about unrouteable address yahoo.co.uk
and i know the address exists as its mine and i use it every day

and its not just yahoo, its almost every email from my forum

it started a couple of days ago

Thankfully someone else experiencing similar problems.....yeah it started a few days ago, maybe Trel could shead some light on this problem as its really anoying

I also have been trying to send a email newsletter out to all my members using listmessenger pro which sends the emails from info@whatabout2night.com I sent a test one to my own yahoo account however it never arrived.

It could be due to the recent upgrade to cPanel 11.

My addon domains are not working properly.

Try opening a support ticket. I opened mine.

Hope Trel replies ASAP.
