FAQ added due to recent attacks

Recently we have been seeing some attacks that have proven to be more effective against existing security measures than previous attacks.

Measures have been taken to shore up these holes but, more could be found at any given time. In response to this we have begun disabling certain files or folders in accounts that have been attacked or are potentially vulnerable to attack.
