The server doesn't seem to be responding now and no one can access the forums (www.socceram.net/forums).

I've update my support ticket "KXR-594334", if someone could have a look at it ASAP i'd really appreciate it.

Cheers!

I will address the ticket appropriately when I have a proper answer. Smile

They were completely down last night for a period, now they're just being very tempremental. The forums will work fine for about 5 minutes and then it'll take about 2mins to open a page or make a post. Sometimes you don't even get as far as that, you'll end up with an error message instead.

I've updated my support ticket with the specific errors so as always, any help is greatly appreciated.

As pj the farmer said, they were out of action on and off for most of last night, only working intermittently.

Added to the seemingly ubiquitous 500 server error, this morning for added **** and giggles, there has appeared a Debug, cannot send E-Mail error.

This lack of access is seriously affecting the continuity of the site.

The tenor of this thread so far appears to be distinctly flippant, ergo dismissive, however this problem has been around for a week or so now and has progressed from occasional to intermittent to more often than not.

Can someone please give this matter some attention, or at least let us know what is occurring.

Thankyou in advance for your help on this matter.

I've cleaned out the thread a little bit.

We may want to consider making it a policy in the support sections just a little. They're here in the forum so that members can help other members out with simple and common problems, while Trel can stick his head in for more complex problems.

"Works for me" posts don't exactly help. Don't get me wrong, they're good intentioned, but they are infuriating to the person who has the problem.

Not to put words in Trel's mouth, but you are safe in assuming the tongue and cheek nature of his post (hence the smiley). He's saying that he'll give you an answer when he figures out what is exactly wrong.

I feel well assured that Trel will not let the site flounder, especially after the support he gave the site during last year's World Cup. He's not abandoning you guys, so just hold on.
