Okay, I've heard that .ru domains a re free. But are .com.ru, .net.ru, and .org.ru domains free?
That's something I wondered because I really need a domain and not a subdomain...

They're simply not offered at L2P anymore. _________________ * Knowledge Base * Wiki * Forum FAQs * |

I known this when I applied for host, because I read it before here: http://www.lifelesspeople.com/.....hp?t=39893 but when I send my hosting application, there were two options: "subdomain hosting" and "domain hosting". Please, change it (if haven't do the change yet) to just "subdomain hosting" because I selected the wrong option (domain hosting) and I just wasted my time waiting for your answer, because you denied my hosting request, and then I have to apply again (sending the hosting application), wait five days and finally you sent me my hosting account.
This can be confuse, I recommend you to change it. |

I'll try getting a domain by Windows Live Custom Domains even if I never find outu how to use it, it has smoehting to do with MX records, which is something I have no idea how to set up! _________________ [img:558ab4c4a5]http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e381/seanpf/mariotennis-sigc.gif[/img:558ab4c4a5]

I am pretty sure that Windows Live Domains is email hosting for your existing domain name. Meaning their service just hosts your domains email service for you. So you don't actually get a new domain with them.

Do you own an Internet domain name? Windows Live Custom Domains provides free hosted e-mail for your domain. |

Didn't notice that. aBtter go hunted for another domain registrar. I'll find the cheapestt one as possible..
If I can't find a new domain registrar, I'll have to stick with subdomains. _________________ [img:558ab4c4a5]http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e381/seanpf/mariotennis-sigc.gif[/img:558ab4c4a5]

well i'll buy you a .info domain if you want.
from namecheap.com which is around $2 now, but next year if you want to renew it then you'll need to pay the normal price which is like $8. But you have an entire year to prepare for that.
if you're interested, just goto www.namecheap.com search for an available .info domain and tell me and i'll buy it for you and put it in its own account and pm you the account info and it'll be all yours to do whatever with. _________________ http://www.damnidunno.com | http://www.RebX.net |

you forget that it is possible for some people to still use a domain as their primary access point, only they have to register it. _________________ -memoryproblems- supporter of truth at frozenglaze.com

Dnsau ( www.dnsau.com/ ) used to offer free com.ru domains. They still got the application forms, but I'm not quite sure that the registration actually works. _________________ Tarakana NET |
