FTP with FileZilla

Ok, I am losing it. I have created an FTP acct, and attempted to login via filezilla and it does not let me. I used ftp.efsflorida.com for the domain, and username@efsflorida.com for username, plus the password, substituting the right username. I'm not sure why this would be happening. The error back is...

Try using your browser to do it:
ftp://user:password@ftp.efsflorida.com

That way you can figure out if it's a filezilla problem or a ftp server problem.

We did check on this from the server side and everything appears normal. I connected with my firezilla without issues. Check your firewall?

I am doing it from work which is behind a proxy for internet traffic.

yeah a web based seems to work. I decided to upload the file to photobucket anyways. I normally use the one in cpannel but I guess this video was too big to upload that way and it timed out. All is well. I just had a video from my works xmas party I wanted to share with co-workers.
