It's do or die time for Fulhamerica.
With just a tie breaker away from relegation, the Cottagers find themselves in what equates to as a death-match against Portsmouth. Riding on the back of (finally healthy) Brian "The Crippled" McBride, Fulhamerica and it's band of merry far-westerners, will push its stagnant offense to attempt to let one roll in for the honor and sake Al-Fayed and his fellow Craven Cottage compatriots.
Okay, think I did my fair share of mocking?
Fulham FC has the most Americans of any side in the Premiership, and yet, it's one of the worst teams. All said, though, two of the players are new and one hasn't played for months. But it's still embarrassing when your fellow countrymen become the laughing stock of one of the most elite leagues of the world.
Does Fulham stand a chance of beating Portsmouth, or are they better off praying that the Reading FC team bus crashes on its way to Pride Park?
Whether Reading or Fulham go down, it'll be a bad day for some Yanks. |
