Ok, I read the knowledge base. THe only part I'm not good about is clarification.

There, it says something about 'Billing Support' on Helpdesk for a domain. Now, this dosen't make sense.

Does this mean I need to ask in Billing support first to get hosting for a domain?

No, the Helpdesk is for when you have a subdomain here and want to switch to a domain. If you want a domain to begin with, then go to this page.. and read the page too. Very Happy

You do not need to open a support ticket if you want to use a domain for your hosting (Domain Hosting).

That link you provided is for .***.ru domains.

Here at L2P .***.ru domains are provided. .com.ru is currently available, but there is still .net.ru and .org.ru.

Check whether the domain you want is available or not here.

After that, if it's available, put the domain you want in the domain box at the hosting application page.

If you want a .***.ru domain as an addon domain for your account, you need to open a support ticket. Again, you need to check whether it's available or not. Wink

I am confused on this as well, and this doesn't make any sense either. To open a support ticket you have to register at the helpdesk which requires you already to have hosting here...

If you want a .***.ru domain you just need to enter it in the domain field when you signup. Smile
