Hi,

Before I signup and all I have a couple of questions.
1. Do the servers support Nuke-Evolution? (if the answer is yes the other questions are irrelevent, if you dont know what Nuke-Evolution is, read on)
2. Do the servers support realpath?
3. Is SMTP enabled or disabled?

That should be it. Thanks.

1. I'm not positive, but I don't see why it wouldn't work, I checked and its not on the 'bad list'.

2. Not sure.

3. It is there for you to use. In some scripts during configuration you have an option to use it or not. But regardless SMTP is there for you to use.

1) I've never used this script so I wouldn't know.

2) Realpath may work here. Its not disabled and if its not working I am certainly willing to look into it.

3) Email/SMTP is enabled, but closely monitored. Every email sent from the system has its TO:, FROM:, CC:, and BCC: headers logged. In addition to which script sent it including the absolute path to it, which email or system user logged in to send the email, and which client IP requested the email be sent. Also the email system has a hard per hour email send limit that bounces any emails above a certain number back to the user that sent the email.

While SMTP is enabled we are careful to ensure no spam, phishing, or other such activities are possible.

Awesome! It fits exactly what I need. I was asking because these two options (SMTP & Realpath) make using Nuke-Evolution so much easier. Well, I guess I'll request a hosting plan here then! Very Happy If you dont mind Wink

i have checked your "nuke evolution" and i found out that it is somewhat a version of php-Nuke, if tat the case i think there would be no much problem with it, just be sure to read the lifelesspeople TOS regarding some scripts that are not allowed, also there is this link here at the lifelesswiki.com telling what scripts are not allowed in lifelesspeople hostings. One script i know of that are included in this are the chat scripts, some of the php-nuke versions have a pre-installed SPchat modules, if you have any in your installation file, you can however not include it in your php-nuke installation.

also there are preinstalled Content Management System, you can locate these by accessing the Script Center of your cPanel in your hosting at lifelesspeople.
