I want to have hosting here (again), this time domain hosting. I want to know do I have to have the domain already registered or I can register it when I get the hosting or some time after I get hosting. I don't have the domain right now but I will get one in few days but I need hosting approved as soon as possible, so do I need domain already registered ? _________________ ¤¤ RELENTLESS, PERSISTENT, UNYIELDING, UNREMITTING, INEXORABLE

either of the two options here, they both takes too much time in processing. But to be sure, having a webhosting first is better than the other. Shifting your subdomain hosting to a domain hosting account have much faster queue in processing than waiting for appoval of hosting due to the numbers of individuals lined-up for email notification on approval, or worst denial due to some technicalities.
I do have experiences that I was denied twice because of same technicality issues related to chosen names in subdomain hosting. Others people here are missing by days or weeks due to that LP-Trel is a busy guy, roaming his world pretty much often. Good luck then, i hope any of these options would be a better choice for you. _________________ Im just a "Fresh-Starter"... You don't need to be harsh on me, really... and I got no religion |

Whatever was the better solution, I requested my hosting. How long does it take to process domain request (when I have the domain registered) approximately ? _________________ ¤¤ RELENTLESS, PERSISTENT, UNYIELDING, UNREMITTING, INEXORABLE

Doesn't matter now. I edited the request to reflect the change. It's will be domain hosting after all, I just registered the domain. _________________ ¤¤ RELENTLESS, PERSISTENT, UNYIELDING, UNREMITTING, INEXORABLE

| Great, but for future refferance. It is good to have the domain, before requesting the hosting. It can be done, but you can't work on the website without the domain. You would have to settle for a sub-domian and make poor trel do more work of transfering over your account after you got your domain. You should wait until you have a domain before requesting hosting in this case. |

Get a domain first is a good idea. With a domain of your own, you can host it anywhere you like. But for a sub one, it only works with the hosting you are in.
I had my domain before I found here. My domain solution works very nice here since the day I parked it with LLP. |

Just a note that for those who have not registered their domain and they got approved, they will not be able to access their website through http://www.lifelesspeople.com/~<cPanel username>. _________________ Jacky |
