i made the choice when signing up to lifeless people to and now id really like to change my url. i don't mind paying additional points to do so. are there any available options?

According to this KB article, there is only option to open a support ticket and pay 100 PBPP.

thanks man, id have searched the entire net and never found it , thanks a million ,but why are they asking for PPBP? i thought we bought stuff with VSP,

Most things having to do with backend (Domains, support, plan changes) are paid in PBPP.
