The last time I got hosting here, the PBPP payment system ultimately confused me, and with a PBPP requirement change I decided that I couldn't keep up with this. So here is my question: How DOES the system work?

When I pay for L2Play, for example, do I lose any PBPP upfront? Does my PBPP pay for the previous month or for the next month? If I got an L2Play account on December 2nd, for example, would I lose 400 PBPP as a setup fee then I would have to get another 400 over the next month for hosting that month, or does that 400 pay for that month and I have to get 400 to pay for the next month?

1. Your PBPP pay for the previous month. On the first day of each month, you pay for the previous month. Smile
2. There is no setup fee. However, in order to request a plan, you will need a certain number of PBPP. Let's suppose you apply for the L2Play. You will need 400PBPP in order to apply, but they will not get deducted when your account is created.
3. If you get an account for example on 25 of the month or so (like I did! Very Happy ) you will not pay for a full month. You will pay for the months you were actually hosted, and the remaining points, will get converted into VSP and RDP.

A tutorial on how points system works is here: http://lifelesspeople.com/foru.....php?t=5036

And the plans are there: http://lifelesspeople.com/forum/hosting.php

Hope that was clear enough.. Trampoline

Take note that after deduction in the beginning of the month, 70% of the remaining goes to VSP and 30% goes to RDP. Smile

It's brutally simple. It's not extremely complicated like some other posts for host systems are
