I have a support ticket that has been waiting since December, with no answer at all yet. The ticket # is FDI-316771. How long does this take?

My ticket has low priority and last reply was on 27 December.

I set mine to Low Priority, I don't mind the wait, it wasn't important anyways. Silly Usually I get fast replies when I use the system, Trel must have just gotten lost or behind or something.

Took me about 14 days to have a ticket answered a while back. He's probably even more backed up now.

I still remembered once, in August, not sure if it's 2004 or 2005, he was away for a long time.

But this time I think he's away for the longest I ever seen.

He doesn't even get on IRC now.
