|
|
Hi, how many accounts can team up to earn PBPP for a domain they share? I'm thinking of getting a domain and sharing it with ten or so others, and then we could cooperate to get the required monthly points. Is that considered okay, or are we overstepping the mark in any way?
Thanks for advice! |

you can have affiliates to your hostings as many as you can have. these affiliates would have their PBPP forwarded to your account which has a hosting. its like accumulating as much points by means of affiliation or a team. however these affiliates can not have hostings since their PBPP is redirected to your account. But still they can have VSP's if you could somehow compensate your affiliates through VSP donations wherein they could do trades at the Bargain Botique if they have the chance to. _________________ Im just a "Fresh-Starter"... | It shouldn't be a problem as the others have mentiones. Even if all of the members wanted a subdomain, that shouldn't be a problem either, because I believe that the lowest available plan has 15 subdomains, which should be enough, so even if you got a higher plan all other plans should have at least that amount of subdomains. The only problem may be with space and bandwidth, as there are limitations on those. |

Okay, I think I'm beginning to understand. Basically, we would be using the space for learning purposes: making pages to implement simple solutions in PHP and MySQL. Each user would have a separate subdomain I guess, to which they would have access via the CPanel. Thus, they could not edit each other's pages, right?
Thanks for your patient replies. |

But none of them would have acess to cPanel...
Only you do.
But they would have access to FTP.
Besides, why would they need cPanel if it's only for a learning purpose? | When you affiliate with someone, your affiliates do not get the login information. You, being the account holder, is able to give them that information.

The PBPP are not forwarded, nor redirected.
The affiliation work in the following way:
You and your affiliate(s) post, and at the beginning of each month all the PBPP accumulated by you and your affiliate(s) are totalled up, and count towards the hosting.
Since after payment, the remaining PBPP are converted to VSP and RDP, 70% and 30% respectively.
The total VSP and RDP are split equally among all of you, which means you and your affiliate(s).
Of course, the more PBPP you get, the more VSP gets converted. _________________ 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342
