Can you try this now and let us know if you still see the problem?
The security system on Asgard has undergone a major upgrade and byte enforcement might have been a bit strict for browsers that use languages with multibyte characters.

This is okay now.
The system browser encoding is multibyte, so I think that is the problem...

If you're posting in English or a language using characters in the ASCII character set then it is not related.
