Well, Mindglob is intended to be a blog, and not much more.
What I'm mainly looking for feedback on is the header image, so if you guys can let me know what you think, I'd appriciate it.
Other than maybe throwing in a random header image, I don't think I'll be changing anything else. Frankly, I like the simplicity of the K2 template. It's simple, clean, valid, accessable, and dosn't distract from the actual content.
Aside from the header, criticism for the site in general is welcome. Never hurts to find ways to improve. ;D

Good to know it's finally working. I've been trying to figure out how to comment on the TextPattern one. So, this is a good change.
K2 is a bit over used. Make it yours. You can change a little bit besides a header.
It's a good start though. TextPattern is overrated.

Lol, just the kind of feedback I was hoping for.
And as I've said in my last post, TextPattern was cool, just a bit underdeveloped and rough around the edges for my tastes. I may switch back in a year or so if it improves faster than WordPress. Who knows.
And any suggestions for ways to change up K2? The header was he first (and easiest) thing that came to mind. I was also considering making some spiffy images for a psudo border effect.

Your header image doesn't entirely fit in the header space, there's still some blue space on the right. I don't know if that's part of your header image, or part of the background coloring as defined in the CSS, but it looks ugly. 
Also, like Logan said, K2 is overused; hell, even I used it once. Customize the layout to your liking, make your own theme (suggested), or choose another theme. Half the fun in WordPress is making your own theme to suit your style.

I considered it, but there wasn't really much worth transferring. The WordPress install is sorta another fresh start for me.
And Lyth, what browser are you using? I'm on an 800x600 screen, and everything looked fine under FF and Safari…

I'm using Firefox too. I just checked it again now, and everything looks fine. I think it may have been one of them harmless rendering errors. But the header looks fine now. (Running latest version of Firefox on 1280x1024 resolution)
