Well I can't help but notice that your forum looks very...default-ish. Perhaps if you at least use a downloaded skin or something of that sort you could attract more members, because honestly -- there are so many forums that uses the default IPB skin...thus making it..."yet another forum on the web"

Also, you shouldn't use so many categories. If you have 7-8 categories, with only a few posts in each of them, your forum looks blank. However, if you have 2-4 categories with a lot of posts in each your forum looks like it is active and attracts people to stay on your forum.

Not what I was expecting. I would work on getting a layout or making one, so it doesn't look as default. The idea seams neat, but don't have to many catagories, like you could move the Video Games into Entertainment, to keep it from looking like there isn't much content. Some people like ti spaced out, some don't. I have never had much success with forums other then my old PB M0ose Forum which was very gay look back at it.
