"Innately"? It doesn't, period. Razz

Microsoft filters can be used.

True, but that doesn't change the fact that IE 6 doesn't support PNG transparency -- unless you use the help of those filters, even then, I wouldn't call that "support." Wink

Which is why I used the word innately, suggesting that there was a workaround... even if it isn't particularly nice.

I think this is the first time I have ever heard or read the word "innately" Silly

Does it mean: "kinda but not really" ?

Also this is so cool how my webbie journal spawned such intelligent discussion! I always seem to have that effect on people Silly
But usually its "what the hell is wrong with this dude" Silly

Innately basically means in it's default/natural state.

So if MSIE doesn't support .pngs innately, it means it doesn't support them in its default form, thus why a workaround has to be used.

10/10!

Looks very appealing and interesting. A nice combination of colours, I really like that. The emoticons look great, and the banner looks awesome too!

Good job, my friend Smile

thanks :d

i've actually just redid the theme this morning. i made it look darker and more creepier.

What do you all think of it now and of the new header?
[img:59bcb5b118]http://www.joshx.com/wp-content/themes/joshxx/images/newheader.gif[/img:59bcb5b118]

I was able to get my skull to show by using a really bright flash on my camera... Rolling Eyes

I removed all the transparent PNG stuff also.

I just felt like being dark and creepy for a while. It's hard to rant and stuff when the site itself is pretty, colorful, and shiny.

I like it! Just one thing though, do the rounded corners have to be so big? Silly

I'll probably make them smaller. Actually when i started redoing the layout for the new colors/design i used boxes (sharp corners) instead of rounded edges, but i thought it looked kinda lame.

I'll redo it soon with much smaller corners.

by the way, i just redid the image of the skull in my header picture. The previous one didn't actually fit my head ha. This one fits abit more. You may have to reload the image your browser cache to see any difference.
