I am very interested in java hosting to create rpg games on my website. It would be nice if apache tomcat were available.

Tomcat is not available and will not be available until it meets a minimum set of standards that I have set down.

Java is going under the GPL so it might change over the next 12 - 24 months to meet those requirements, but lets just say I'm skeptical.
