It's uneven. It's odd. Same colors as my college though.
The winners text doesn't fit in as well as it could. It seems like it should be tilted the other way and positioned up to the right of the AHS text. There needs to be a balance to the image as well. It almost seems as if the image is only as big as it is because you just placed the tools and other text into the image without much thought.
You might think about aligning the AHS and InvenTeam text to the right and position the tools to the left and pulling the very bottom text up a bit. Then shrink the winners text, rotate, and position it slightly over on the top right. This seems to be the best way to utilize all the images and fonts in the image while optimizing the space in the image. You might be able to balance it while centered but it'd seem kind of odd with one side being the tools images and the other the winners text. Perhaps if the winners text was rearranged on two levels rotated and faded, and balanced on the right side of the AHS. Yes. Then you wouldn't need a gradient.
