Just in case nobody has noticed it yet, the mail service is down. Logging in directly to the POP3 server returns an AUTH error and logging in via the webmail interface simply says the IMAP service dropped the connection.

Service has been down since about 6:25AM 19 Jan.

I was having the same problem but it seems to be working now.
