|

I was looking at the latest visitors feature in cpanel and came across a whole list of these

Whatever that is downloaded alot of stuff, including some zip files. But the only thing that has me worried is the meguupload name.
Does this mean someone sent megaupload to mysite to download half my files and host it on their servers?
or could it be just a regular user that some how has megaupload tagged on their info or what?
never seen this before.

Probably just a user agent switcher that someone left on. I did a quick search and found this:

In short, it seems you can switch your user agent to beat the wait times from megaupload, so I am guessing this person has just left it on and it is just a coincidence that they are downloading a lot of stuff. _________________ TutorialToday |

This odd restriction is overcome with their toolbar, which will change the user agent, but most advanced users won't want the toolbar (it's just a bloatware anyway). _________________
