There is something going on with my site, on the main page it originally said "We will be returning soon" but i changed it to link to a backup forum. and the http://www.socceram.net/forums says everyone is banned from viewing it.

Whats going on, has someone at LLP dont this for any reason? How do i make it so that everyone isnt banned anymore?

All accounts got moved. So index.html was put back to the standard cpanel index.html
