If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

This day i have been receiving this message while accessing my website. what happened with cPanel? Am i the only one having this trouble or someone else also had this problem?

I got the same message on my site a few minutes ago, so I'm not sure what's going on.

i tried the links and it says that the cPanel has an upgrade released this date of June 5th, that was actually today... And so it would seem that we have to wait for Trel to finalize the cPanel's setting configuration then.

I think the datacenter or trel might have gotten new servers/name servers or something. Seems that all the cpanel pages are on another server that isnt set up correctly yet.

I think this because the forums do not exist right now when i try to access them directly, but they do if i try to access via a proxy. Which i think could only mean the proxy is going to one of the servers that all the files are on, and my direct internet connection is going to the one that isnt set up yet. Which is the same as you guys are going to.

I could be wrong, but its almost the same problem i have when i buy domains or change the dns.

Currently I can log in my CPanel, but I get 404 Not Found Error for all pages on my web site. As far as I can see via CPanel/FileManager and FTP, pages themselves, however, are still present on the site.

If you visit all subdirectory on your site got 404 and the index.html give you CPanel, then check the following:
1. check your PBPP.
case i. negative
If you don't have enough PBPP to pay for your hosting, you will get negative PBPP
If this is not over the half of your hosting bill, your site should be here
If not, you will see this CPanel Page
If you got 2 month negative PBPP after deduction, you will see this page too.
However, Trel said no account will be terminated or suspend until 7th June by this announcement:
http://www.lifelesspeople.com/.....011#499011

case ii. positive
Then it look like the second possibility

2. check the DNS server status
I found this is not so stable in previous hours...

Thanks, Trel. Now all things work perfectly.

kutar, it was not DNS trouble because rewriting rules defined in the .htaccess file worked while I got 404 Not Found Error.

Sorry, when you are suspended, you don't get 404 Not Found error, you get Account Suspended error instead. Smile

Mmm, I think it isn't down. I'm logged in and the Status page ( http://www.lifelesspeople.com/status/ ) says it is all right.

The status page could be inaccurate sometimes. Wink

The other time the server was down yet the status page show it's up. But that's was a few years back. Silly
