My site not working, cPanel issues

Interestingly if I access cPanel from the 'normal' link (ie not 'behind firewall') it loads, but if I click the other link which leads to http://cpanel.asgard.lifelesspeople.com I get the 'new installation' cPanel message.

maybe you should submit a ticket if this thing still is not working for you. I have been accessing my cpanel several up to this date... some file upload and modification to some php files. And i don't recall having trouble loading the cpanel in my browser.
