I am going to need some people to join my staff team over at RebX. The site will be for music and other entertainment news and discussion, and i think it'll be nice and may even take off if i have enough help.
The reason i use the domain RebX is because it stands for Rebel X and it seems like anymore you have to be a rebel to like the music that isnt very commercial and all types of stuff. i mean if you just be yourself anyways, then you're a rebel 
anyways i'll need people to volunteer. so if you like music and entertainment in general, you could be a big help.
I'll need news submitters, and forum moderators and all that nice type of things.

Alright, i have changed my mind about the name and url.
I am just going to go ahead and keep the established domain and site that I once used for Michael Jackson Headquarters, and convert the name to "Music Jabber HQ" and convert the forums to discuss more than MJ, and i think it'll be easier to take off.
I am still updating everything. I actually deleted the older MJ forums, so now i have to reupload the database which means i have to do it in segments since it always timesout in apache phpmyadmin 
anyone wanna help with the site?

Not really interested, just posted to help you out with dealing with phpMyAdmin and memory limits / time outs.

Convert the SQL to PHP code and upload the resulting PHP script through FTP and run it.

it's actually not a big problem, nor one i think that anyone but the server admin could resolve. It happens on every host i am on, including LLP. i just have the slice up the database and gzip it and upload. takes maybe an hour at tops for the database.
Turns out i didn't actually delete the forum database as i thought. Or the host did something and restored a cpanel backup uh i dunno, but it was all still there. ha, i just had to upload the actual forum files. Thanks though.

you can actually email me or just contact me on the MJHQ forum when i get it back up. I actually havent really converted it to the all music forum yet, so i actually don't know when i'll have that done, uh im blank.
I've only been working on the main site, since i actually want the main site to be the most active part of the site. So i've been deciding on the script to use and such, and i like how you can use remote editors with wordpress, so i think i'll stick with that, and i found a nice free wp theme and severly modified it for my needs, and i think it's looking pretty sharp.
But if you pm me on llp and i'll give you my msgner addys and such.
What do you think that you could help out with? Right now i really need some content writers for the main site. Just music bloggers to talk about recent musical events and stuff.
Since you make your own music there will be a type of "plug yourself" section where people can... plug themselves and get their music heard.
That'll be cool :d So yea go ahead and contact me via the site or pm on here or whatever and we can discuss something.
