Sounds like a good idea.

What would be cool is if people could submit their own flash games for you to put up. You could have an area of the site for newly submitted games where people could vote on them. If after a certain number of votes the rating is good, it can make it to the main selection. If you see good traffic, a forum could be good and profitable with some google ads or something.

I would be interested in designing a layout, you will have to find somebody else to code it though. Just give me a general idea of what you would like as far as colors and asthetics.
