Hmmm, although the forms and shapes are quite odd but nice, at first, and even on a second glance I didn't know what it was saying. The first guess was it was "Leon" and then in my mind upon a second guess I thought "Zeon". The readibility of this logo is very hard. Perhaps making the "Z" less organic and making the "Q" as one form instead of breaking off would help the visual readability.

It is kinda hard to read, but usually it'll be placed with smaller text sayin Zeoq.com, that might help.
I'll fix up the Q and maybe turn it sideways a little bit. Also to me it seems that "eoq" should be closer to the Z. Seems to be a gap there.

I agree. It actually looks really good in its original size (really big) but when you resize it and make it smaller it seems to look too bright. I'll lower the brightness on it and see if it looks better
