Hey guys, since this website is no longer hosted with L2P, I cannot post it in that forum, so I'll just post it here.

I recently finished my latest theme for my site. It's in its first open draft phase, and I'm completely open to any constructive criticism and suggestions that you may have. I'll be improving the theme for a while before it goes final and unchanged.

Please do not comment on the code right now, I know it's very messy... I haven't gotten around to cleaning it.

I'm particularly looking for suggestions on improving the footer area to make it more consistent with the rest of the layout.

Thanks for stopping by my site. Smile

I hate people that always comment on the code. if the site works and loads fast, then the code seems okay to me Very Happy

I love the look of it. Especially the way you used black and the dark red.

The first thing i noticed is on the top part that has the white background, the edges of the white part would look soo much better if the blended in with the background instead of just being sharp flat edges.

Other then that it looks awesome. Great job Lyth!

Interesting look. I'd like to give some critique about the sidebar, though - dark red on dark gray makes the sidebar very difficult to read. Another thing - I think there's too much empty space between the ending of the first post and he rest of the page.

The overall design is really nice, though. I like the contrast between darkish colors on top of the layout and how the layout graduates to white down the page.

Hmm, you're right. I should play around with the various shades of red some more to see what looks best, while being consistent with the rest of the color scheme.

I won't be able to change that without breaking the layout. The CSS framework that I set up in such a retarded manner (go me) prevents me from doing so.

Thanks for your critique. Smile
