yesterday at about 8 pm central i tried to login and instead of taking me to the forum it took me to a blank page, i tried again and the same thing happened, I noticed on the home page that you said you were fixing things so i opened a support ticket. Tooday though I was able to login under my brothers account so I dont know what the problem is but i thought you all should know about it.

By the way my account username is commonsense.

I havent experienced any problems in logging in. Since you have opened a support ticket, I'm sure Trel will get to you soon. It seems strange that you can log in one account, but not in another. Confused

I'm having the same problems.

It happened just about 30 minutes ago when I tried to change my email address in the profile page. After clicking on submit, it redirected me to the index forum page and I was suddenly logged out. I tried logging in again but it only leads me to a blank page and when I tried logging in by clicking on the forget password link, this message always appears:

Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.

I honestly don't know what happened. I'm wondering if I did something wrong or did some forum no-nos, in which case, I'd like to apologize. Is it really just website doing some changes? I was seriously contemplating creating another one, but it seemed troublesome if it was used only to ask one question (this one's from a friend, by the way. I think she doesn't use it anymore)

My account username is parikala. Sorry for the life story. ^^;

PS: on a different note, how does one get a support ticket? I'd really appreciate some help. Thanks!

The reason your account is deactivated is because you have multiple forum accounts which is not allowed. Wink

Commonsense not Emperor:

My account said the same thing when i tried to change the password and the only accounts that have ever been opened on this computer are mine(commonsense), my brothers(emperor) and I think when i first signed up I had Bluewall but I forgot the email address password so I started commonsense. So why would it say I have multiple forum acounts when I,Jacob(commonsense) only have one.

Trying to change your email address to one on file for another account can do that. Wink

Commonsense reactivated.
