I've requested for web hosting service two weeks ago and it's still not approved, is this normal? Or is this site like...dying?

The site is not dying, it's just a bit slow on the response sometimes, as there's only one person running the show - Trel, and he has other occupations too besides running L2P.

Seeing as the points for July weren't reduced yet, I'd conclude this is one of those times Trel is busy with other stuff. If you feel too much time had passed, and no response - open a support ticket, I think that might help.

When he gets busy, support tickets won't do.

My support ticket has been opened for a few weeks already.

That's why I'm starting to wonder more and more what's going on.

The service here used to be really good and responsive, but nowadays, it seems Trel is away/busy most of the time. I'm wondering what's going on.

mmm, I don't think because my support ticket hasn't been answered. The only thing done were the point deducted.

Busy site, busy admins....that's all i can say. You just have to wait a little bit longer, some request might take a month, some are less. The 7 days indicated are hte shortest estimated time anyone can have approved request for webhosting space.

Point deduction happens when your request's time span had reach the end of the month. If that so happen then you just have to collect more points. Honestly, i did expereience the same thing before, last 2005.

My support ticket has been answered.

Almost a month, but still it's good that he came back.

I understand it isn't easy for one person to manage everything. Because I am undergoing the same thing now too.
