Its been more than a year since i left l2p and stopped using its services (correct me if im wrong).

I came back to further my experiments in hosting and websites . So will be requesting account soon. (if possible. L2Perfect). How ever , i see that i have around 600 ''pbpp'' debt which im sure has grown so when i was inactive (like last 9 or so months).

I just would like to know few things.

A) Was i in debt when i left l2p . So this, actually, is what i had when i left.

Because if so, ill be going on and paying those 600 for the host that i had a year before.

B) If this debt occurred while i was gone , do i still obligated to pay for it?

C) Is l2perfect is still on

thanks people Smile

i think it is, it would count the time of the month you were inactive plus the next month which will cost you another 400 pbpp. SO it means to say that before you were out you have a 244 pbpp.

As you would remember, there is a one month span for not acquiring enough pbpp for the month. lets say you are short of a hundred points this month. the system won't suspend you yet, instead it will add the necessary shortage points to your next month's required points.

if howsoever you still not able to fully acquire the needed previous month's shortage points and the current month's needed point, you will somehow be suspended.

This occurs when you let the system automatically suspend you. So by the time you get back, you have a 2 months deduction. Certain people make some support tickets to temporarily suspend their account if they would be going out for the few months.

You might ask Trel to zero your PBPP amount.

The following restrictions apply to this account:

You must have either:

1) Have been a forum member for over 1 year (12 months) and have an active hosting account for at least 90 days with no warnings.

2) Have been a forum member for over 1 year (12 months) and have a post count of over 1200 posts.

3) Have a post count of over 1500 posts and have an active hosting account for at least 90 days with no warnings.

To convert to this plan you will need to put in a support ticket to Billing Support to request your account be switched over to this plan.

You fulfill the second requirement, so go for it!

But get your PBPP out of the negative first, either by asking Trel to reset it or post out of it.

Trel hasn't been active here for a while now (real life stuff, I think...), so I have no idea how to reach him, but maybe someone here has an email address where he can be reached, or something.

I do if I can even get to remember it, but I don't think that would be of any use.

If he has time to check his email, he would definitely have time for LifelessPeople.

He did return to LifelessPeople the other day, only to post that he is here, but he is busy.

Otherwise, you maybe could ask a moderator like Harvey, he'll probably have ways to contact Trel.
