I've been using these templates to make cards for my new on-line trading card game, ThunderCardz, based upon the original thunderbirds series

These are the templates
Normal, scene/couple, specials, puzzle pieces
[img:5be0a1283d]http://tb.darknesswithin.com.ru/images/cards/normal.png[/img:5be0a1283d] [img:5be0a1283d]http://tb.darknesswithin.com.ru/images/cards/scene.png[/img:5be0a1283d] [img:5be0a1283d]http://tb.darknesswithin.com.ru/images/cards/special.png[/img:5be0a1283d] [img:5be0a1283d]http://tb.darknesswithin.com.ru/images/cards/puzzle.png[/img:5be0a1283d]

I want opinions on them, how they look when being used properly

Samples:

You can see the complete sets of he cards at the website

http://tb.darknesswithin.com.ru/

Not all the stuff on it works yet, and other stuff like the forms are disabled so they don't email me yet.
All i really need to do is get some more cards done and get a few more games and i can open it (hopefully I'll get some members)

I think the cards look good, but also that it's better to have just one size for all cards. Makes it easier for people to display a collection prettily.

Its different cards for different types, that way its easier to tell what card is of what type.

Like all character cards are the tall ones, all vehicle and scene/couple cards are the long thin ones, specials are the bigger square ones and the puzzles are the smaller dotted square ones

So if you see a tall one, you know its going to be a character one, or if you get a puzzle one, you knows that you need all 20 before you can see the final image.
And the special ones, you know that they are worth more than the normal ones just by their shape.
And the scene/couple ones, you know that their either only going to have scenes from a episode, features the vehicles in the series or feature couples like Tin Tin and Alan

I hope it obvious as to why puzzles are like that, as there's no point having one big one as its not a puzzle then.
You wouldn't fit scenes into the character ones as its to thin, and the opposite for the character ones in to the scene ones, as their not tall enough

I like the looks of them, and i think having different ones is a good idea.

THe only thing i'll say is that them being png the transparency doesn't show on IE

I know about the transparency problem but if i use gif then the images end up messed up.
The site is mainly designed for firefox which is why i decided to use pngs.

Just a question, would anybody here actually join this and be active?

It seems that i can't seem to open any of your links. Is it possible you could repost them for additional viewing? Or considering the date of the last post on this thread, is this project not in existence anymore?

At the moment its not in existance. I still have the cards saved on my hard drive and i currently have 3 TCG's running at the moment
http://midnighttempest.com/ - Sailor Moon One - This one has been open for 2 years now
http://balanced-force.com/ - Star Wars One - This one kinda died. No one was playing it
http://caretaker.midnighttempest.com/ - Star Trek Voyager One - This one has only been open a couple of weeks

If you want to see the cards then i could dig them out

It shouldn't be closed, but certain people seem to like reviving things lately.
