no need to register a free account, use your forum account.
I also under same condition and opened support ticket to see what happened.
p.s. I see the reply. This is because the system overhauls that not execute the account suspension.
So, we go the terminated state.
But you need to make your PBPP to be positive, then open another support ticket to reopen your account.

What happened was as follows:
February PBPP billing was run and certain accounts were flagged for suspension/termination. Over February there were problems with PHP 4.4.5 and other critical server components which required more time to fix than usual which meant that the actual suspending or terminating did not occur.
March PBPP billing was run and accounts that were flagged for termination were terminated (some of these would have been suspended in February, but were not) and those flagged for suspension were suspended.
Short version: February was a month free of suspensions and terminations where you could regain your PBPP necessary to keep your account without any further problems. In March our processing resumed as per our usual procedure.

its changed then, i believe when i did it i had to sign up |
Its changed since we changed from Support-Logic to Kayako eSupport.
